Common questions

Which devices are supported?

Tockett is for iPhone running iOS 18 or later. Dynamic Island features require an iPhone with Dynamic Island.

What is free, and what requires a purchase?

Airport Board, editing cities and stocks, and favorites are always free in the app. One Airport Board purchase unlocks its Home Screen widgets, Lock Screen Live Activity and Dynamic Island. Future clocks are sold separately; see the App Store for the current price.

How long does a Lock Screen Live Activity last?

Live Activities are planned to run for 7 hours 59 minutes per session. iOS allows at most 8 hours and may end them earlier. The Lock Screen card may remain for up to 4 more hours after ending. A visible card does not mean it is still updating, and its information may be out of date. Start a new session in the app or remove the old card. After saving edits, tap Apply Changes on the Live Activity status page to update the running session.

Does my purchase include a stock quote service?

Your purchase unlocks Airport Board on the Home Screen, Lock Screen and Dynamic Island. Maintaining the stock quote servers is costly, and the service can be unstable. Stock quotes are therefore offered as an experimental feature; the quote service itself is not included in the product price. We do not guarantee that quotes will always be accurate, timely or available. Quotes may be delayed, incorrect, interrupted or suspended. Do not rely on them for trading decisions.
